But before booking, there’s an obvious question: how much does obstacle course hire cost in Warwick?
At Monsterball Warwick, our current obstacle course options start from $780 for individual course modules. Our larger Monster Challenge is listed from $2,490 for 3 hours. The final cost can depend on the attraction you choose, your event location, hire duration and any additional requirements.
So, rather than looking at one price and assuming it applies to every event, it’s worth understanding the different options and what you’re actually getting for your hire.
What Obstacle Course Options Can You Hire?
The Launch Zone
The Launch Zone is one of the individual obstacle-course modules available from us, starting from $780.It’s worth considering when you want to add an obstacle element to your event without booking the full Monster Challenge.
Zig Zag Zone
The Zig Zag Zone is another individual module, also starting from $780.Individual modules can give you more flexibility when you’re working with a particular venue size or event budget.
The U-Turn Zone
The U-Turn Zone is available from $780 and forms another part of our modular obstacle-course range. If you’re planning a larger activity area, you can talk to us about how different sections could work together.
Climb & Conquer
Climb & Conquer is also listed from $780.It adds a different type of challenge to the range and can be considered when you’re building an obstacle-course experience around your event.
The Monster Challenge
If you’re looking for something much bigger, The Monster Challenge starts from $2,490 for 3 hours. It’s designed around racing, climbing, crawling, squeezing and sliding challenges, making it suitable for school sports days, corporate team building, festivals and other larger events.
You can also save when combining obstacle course modules. Hiring two modules gives you 10% off, three modules gives you 15% off, four modules gives you 20% off, and hiring the full course gives you 30% off.
If you’re interested in a larger setup, we’ll help you work through which combination makes the most sense for your event, available space and budget.
Why Is There Such a Difference in Price?
The main reason is the size and scale of the attraction.Hiring one obstacle course section isn’t the same as hiring a large multi-section challenge.
Our individual modules are designed as separate sections of an obstacle-course experience. You can choose from options such as The Launch Zone, Zig Zag Zone, The U-Turn Zone and Climb & Conquer.
The Monster Challenge is a much larger attraction. It includes climbing, crawling, squeezing, barriers and racing sections, giving participants a longer and more involved challenge.
So if you’re organising a small birthday party, you may not need the largest option.
For school events, corporate event or large community events, however, a bigger setup may make more sense.
Does Hire Duration Affect the Cost?
Yes.The Monster Challenge is currently listed from $2,490 for 3 hours, with additional hours available at $250 per hour. Full-day hire rates can also be discussed with us.
This is worth considering when planning your event schedule.
You don’t necessarily need an obstacle course running for the entire day. If your event has a two- or three-hour activity window, you may be able to plan the entertainment around that period.
If you’re organising a larger event, tell us how long you want the attraction available and we’ll help you work through the options.
What About Operators and Supervision?
This is another cost you should consider when planning your budget. For The Monster Challenge, three operators are required. Our trained operators are available at $90 per hour each for the first three hours, followed by $80 per hour thereafter.
If you’re organising a school, corporate or community event, having trained operators can also make managing a busy attraction easier.
We’ll explain the supervision requirements for the specific inflatable you’ve booked so you know what needs to be organised before the event.
Is Delivery Included?
When you book an obstacle course with us, we take care of the delivery, setup and pack-down so you don’t have to worry about handling the equipment yourself. Before your event, we’ll confirm the venue details and make sure our team has suitable access to the setup area. This is particularly important for larger obstacle courses, as we need enough space to safely deliver and install the equipment.
Our team will set up the inflatable before your hire period begins and pack everything away once your event is finished.
If you’re planning an event outside Warwick, just let us know your venue location when you enquire. We’ll confirm the delivery arrangements and any applicable costs as part of your quote.
This allows you to understand the full cost of your obstacle course hire before confirming your booking.
How to Get an Accurate Obstacle Course Hire Quote
The easiest way to find your actual obstacle course hire cost in Warwick is to contact us with your event details. We’ll need to know things such as:
- Event date
- Event location
- Type of event
- Expected attendance
- Approximate age groups
- Available space
- How long you need the attraction
- Whether supervision is required
That way, you’re budgeting around your actual event rather than relying on a general starting price.
