Weekday Special: Save Up to 30% on Inflatable Hire – Monday to Thursday!

Thinking about booking a water slide for your next party or event? Before you choose one, there are a few practical things worth checking.

Water Slide Hire can be a great addition to a birthday party, school event, family day, community event or summer celebration. But the right slide isn’t simply the one that looks the biggest. You need to think about your space, the people using it, water and power access, supervision and how the setup will work at your venue.

We have several water-based inflatables available, so we can help you choose an option that suits your event rather than trying to make your event fit the inflatable.

Here’s what we recommend checking before you book.

Start With Your Available Space

Before choosing a water slide, measure the area where you want it installed.

It’s easy to look at a product online and think, “That will fit,” but you need to consider more than the inflatable itself. Our team also needs suitable access to the setup area, and there needs to be enough surrounding space for people to use the attraction safely.

If you’re planning to use your backyard, school oval, sporting ground or community venue, check the available area before confirming your booking.

Not sure whether your space will work? Tell us about the venue and we’ll help you work through the requirements.

Choose your water slide

Our current water-slide range includes several different options.

Splash Rush Slip & Slide

The Splash Rush Slip & Slide is a straightforward option when you want a water-based activity without going for a larger slide setup.

It can suit parties and events where you want children to take turns, keep moving and enjoy a simple outdoor activity.

Twin Splash Water Slide

Want to add some friendly competition?

The Twin Splash Water Slide allows participants to race side by side. It can be a good fit for parties, school events and group activities where racing adds another element to the day.

The Big Drop Water Slide

If you’re planning a larger event and want a bigger attraction, The Big Drop Water Slide is another option in our range.

Aussie Tropic Splash Zone

Want double the fun? The Aussie Tropic Splash Zone can be used wet or dry, making it a great choice for any event! Keep things cool with a splash on hot summer days or enjoy all the fun without the water.

Before choosing a larger slide, we recommend checking the available space and access carefully. A larger attraction can be great when the venue suits it, but it isn’t automatically the right choice for every event.

Don’t Forget About Water Access

This is one of the most important things to check before booking.

Our water slides require access to water. At least one standard tap is needed, although some larger setups may require additional connections.

We bring the hoses and connectors needed for setup. We just need the water access to be ready when our team arrives.

If your venue doesn’t have suitable water access, we can look into arranging water truck delivery. Let us know when you’re enquiring and we’ll discuss the available options and pricing with you.

Sorting this out before the event is much easier than trying to solve it on the day.

Check Your Power Supply

Water slides also need continuous power to operate.

The inflatable uses an electric blower that needs to keep running while the slide is in use. Some larger water slides may require more than one power outlet, depending on the product.

If your venue doesn’t have suitable power access, generator hire may also be available at an additional cost.

When you enquire, tell us about the venue and we’ll confirm the power requirements for the water slide you’re considering.

Check the Surface and Access

Your venue needs to be suitable for the inflatable you’ve selected.

Before booking, consider:
  • Is the setup area clear?
  • Is there enough room around the inflatable?
  • Can our delivery vehicle get close enough to the setup area?
  • Is the surface suitable?
  • Is there a safe route for participants?
  • Is there enough room for people waiting for their turn?
Grass is often preferred where available, but our team can assess other suitable surfaces and discuss the setup requirements with you.

The access route matters too. Large inflatables and equipment need to be transported from the delivery vehicle to the setup area, so restricted gates, narrow paths or difficult access should be discussed with us beforehand.

Consider the Weather

Water slides are naturally popular during warmer weather, but outdoor events always need some flexibility. Before your event, keep an eye on the forecast and make sure you’ve considered:
  • Heat
  • Strong winds
  • Rain
  • Storm conditions
  • Shade
  • Drinking water
  • Suitable supervision
If conditions become unsuitable for safe operation, the inflatable may need to be stopped.

We’d rather make a safety-based decision than try to keep an attraction running when conditions aren’t suitable.

What Happens After You Book?

We aim to keep the process straightforward.

First, tell us about your event, including the date, location, expected numbers and available space.

We’ll help you choose a suitable inflatable and work through the practical requirements.

Once your booking is confirmed, we’ll organise delivery to your location across Warwick and surrounding areas. Our crew handles the setup and makes sure everything is ready for your event.

We can also provide on-site supervision where required. Once the event is finished, we take care of the pack-down and removal.

That means you don’t need to worry about transporting, installing or packing away a large inflatable yourself.

Don’t Forget the Budget

Before you book, make sure you understand the full requirements rather than looking only at the starting hire price.

Our current water-slide range includes options starting from $580 + GST for the Splash Rush Slip & Slide, $890 + GSTfor the Twin Splash Water Slide and $1,090 + GST for The Big Drop Water Slide. The Aussie Tropic Splash Zone starts from $540 as a wet-and-dry option.

Depending on your event, you may also need to consider additional requirements such as supervision, generator hire or water delivery.

We’ll explain these during the booking process so you can plan your event properly.
